Refund Policy

All sales are final

Aaria products are digital Agent Skill bundles: plain files delivered in full at the moment of purchase. A skill is pure information, so delivery reveals the entire product. Once the contents are revealed they cannot be returned, so all sales are final and refunds, replacements, and cancellations for change of mind are not offered.

This is also how the category works on marketplaces. If you purchase through AppSumo, your purchase is processed under AppSumo's checkout terms, and AppSumo's published deal-stage policy states that AI Skills are not refundable.

Why we can say this before you buy

We put the evidence in front of the purchase instead of behind it. Before you pay, every listing shows the full requirement list for your agent, what is included and not included, the support boundary, and the ten-point admission gate the skill cleared. A skill is plain files, so after purchase you can read every instruction before anything runs.

Defective bundles

If a bundle is defective, for example a file is missing, a bundled script fails its documented smoke run, or the bundle does not match its listing, contact support with the evidence listed on that page. Reproducible defects in bundled assets and documentation are covered and we will fix them.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies that law provides. This policy covers change-of-mind purchases only.
