Terms and Conditions

Last updated July 23, 2026

1. Who we are

Aaria (aaria.dev) is a marketplace for Agent Skills operated by Seed Blocks Pty Ltd (ABN 26 628 688 791), an Australian private company. All product licenses and the content of this site are copyright Seed Blocks Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. These terms apply to your use of this site and to Agent Skill products published by Aaria.

2. What we sell

Aaria products are digital Agent Skill bundles: plain files (instructions, scripts, templates, and reference material) that an AI coding agent loads and executes. Each product page states what the bundle includes, what it does not include, and the capabilities your agent needs. Provider subscriptions, API credit, hosting, and generated media are never included unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

3. License

Each product ships with its own end-user license inside the bundle, and that license governs your use of the product. In summary, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for your own work and your clients' projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish a bundle or its contents as your own product, including repackaging it as another skill, template pack, or course.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Review a skill before you run it. Skills direct an agent that has access to your files and shell.
  • Your provider accounts, their billing, and their terms remain your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the rights to the assets and content you produce with a skill.

5. Honest claims, no guarantees of outcome

Aaria publishes evidence, not promises: each listing states what was validated and how. We do not guarantee that any third-party model will accept a prompt, that a provider will remain available, or that a workflow will produce a specific commercial outcome.

6. Purchases and refunds

Purchases made through a marketplace (for example AppSumo) are processed under that marketplace's checkout terms. Our refund position is set out in the Refund Policy: sales of digital skill bundles are final, subject to the consumer guarantees described there.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee and the failure is major, you can choose the remedy, including a refund or a replacement. If the failure is not major, we will fix it free of charge within a reasonable time. The "all sales are final" position in our Refund Policy applies to change-of-mind purchases only.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. The date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be visible on this page.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions about them go to the address on the Support page.
