Support
Support is help with the skill itself.
If a skill will not install, a step is unclear, or something in the folder is broken, that is what support is for. It does not cover outages or billing at your AI provider, billing for the model you use, or building your project for you. Every product ships its own support document naming the common failures for that skill and its own explicit boundary, and this page gives the boundary that applies across the catalog.
What support covers
- Getting an Aaria skill installed where your assistant can find it
- What a step in the skill means, and what it expects from you
- The scripts and templates included in the skill folder
- Faults in the included files or documentation that we can reproduce
What support does not cover
- Outages at your AI provider, and billing for either the provider or the model you use
- Building your website for you, or producing creative work to order
- Hosting, deploying, and the legal checks and permissions for your assets
- Any guarantee that someone else’s model will accept a given prompt
- The AI model files, known as model weights, and how they are licensed
Before you write
Show us the exact step that fails.
Each product ships a support document listing the checks for that skill. For any skill, this is what makes a problem reproducible at our end:
- The AI coding assistant you are using, its version, and your operating system
- The skill version, which is written in the VERSION file inside the skill folder
- The exact command or step that fails, with access tokens and private file paths removed
- The error text, plus a screenshot if the problem is something you can see on screen
Never send
Keep your secrets out of the message.
Support never needs API keys, login tokens, cookies, account identifiers, private prompts, confidential source files or media, or full file paths from your own machine. Remove them before you send anything.
